WHL Top 5: February 6

WHL Power Rankings

  1. Prince Albert

Still there but a loss to Edmonton on home ice ruffled some feathers. First team to clinch a playoff spot.

2. Everett

Same old song, good defense and middle of the pack scoring…. Stellio Mattheos would have been a good acquisition if the trade went through

  1. Saskatoon

Trouble holding leads at times but 5 guys average over 1 ppg. Offense is among the best in the league.

  1. Vancouver

2 quality goalies, a top pairing dman… the only thing missing is Ty Ronning who graduated last year leaving the Giants thin up front

  1. Portland

Cody Glass luckily is not out for too much longer. Joel Hofer has been worth the 6 draft picks he was acquired for.
