Claude’s son is going to be a beast.
After getting shipped out of Winnipeg at the deadline, Brendan Lemieux has found himself a new, bigger role in the big apple.
After watching him play live earlier this week in Edmonton, I really think that Lemieux has the ability to be a less skilled Tkatchuk.
Keep in mind he had a Gordie Howe Hat Trick against the Oilers, but this kid can really do it all. He’s never been a pure goal scorer, but he was able to be almost a PPG player in the American league. His grit is almost Tom Wilson like, Lemieux isn’t afraid to throw the body or drop the mitts and he’s also a pest in front of the net which will lead to 15 goal seasons in the future.
None the less, the NYR have another stud 1996 born player and a potential massive impact player.
